Someone left an identical review as to how my visit went a resident came in asked questions entered stuff in computer. Left for about 5 minutes. Dr Hayes comes in and I asked if I could go over everything with her and she said the resident already did that. I spilled my guts to the assistant and the resident for some time. All for nothing. I had so many questions that needed answering. Worse doctor ever. Would never recommend her!

I am very pleased with her taking the time to listen and communicate with clear responses to my questions. I definitely recommend her.

I would leave a zero-star review if I could. I attempted to switch doctors after my current physician, Dr. Johnson, provided false information regarding medication he prescribed. When I called to set up an appointment with Dr. Hayes, I first asked if they were accepting new patients. I was told yes. After providing my name and date of birth, I was informed that I was already listed as a patient of Dr. Johnson. Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life! I sought Dr. Hayes as a new primary care provider due to feeling unwell, with extreme fatigue and general malaise. She did some blood tests, including a tickborne illness test, at my request, but never discussed the findings or the results with me.
