Dr Lai and his staff are the best! Dr lai has a way of talking you through what he's doing that really helps get you through the procedures. His staff are all really amazing and make you feel really comfortable and let you know they care.
Dr. Lai has been seeing my wife's family for more than a decade now, so I started going as well. Excellent decision. He's calm, thorough, tells you exactly what he's doing and why, and is just great to work with in general. Office staff are super experienced and professional. Would highly recommend this guy to anyone in need of quality dental work.
Wonderful, nice, very accommodating staff and dentist, reasonable prices. No waiting, on time with appointments.
