I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit (I did have surgery, but pain is expected, no unnecessary pain during the office visits though), and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this ENT Otolaryngologist promptly contact you with any test results? Yes, they were very promt Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism

I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments.
