The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. Although they presented other treatments, I still felt a little pressured to have surgery. They recommended it pretty quickly. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. What a horrible experience... complete dissatisfaction with this entire office. My appointments always get canceled last minute here.
