I LOVE my unit and would give my unit 5 STARS!!!! BUT the customer service I receive from Brandy is HORRIBLE! Every time I speak with her she has the worst attitude, it really is a HASSLE to deal with her. I almost want to move when my lease is up because i don't want to deal with Brandy. Everyone else is a pleasure to speak with. Just stay away from Brandy.....

I have experienced bad landlords before but this experience was by far the worst. Lahitte Sprague Management regularly took over a week, on average, to make most repairs (which during my stay included, among other things, a refrigerator and an air conditoner that quit and had to be replaced). After we had signed the lease, they didn't return phone calls before less than several days had past, if at all. Once they even lost one of our rent checks!
