The doctor was great but the front desk staff can make you feel extremely unwelcome and stupid depending on the day, one in particular is usually pretty nasty and rude. She usually sits in the middle and will treat you like you shouldn't be there , at your pcp office 🤣
I like to speak of good experiences with organizations much more than negative. This office after one visit was flawless. Not only did I not wait beyond my appointment time everyone was very pleasant and curious about my health. Nurse Practitioner Sara put a lot of care and attention into my concerns and tests I need to make sure I’m staying on top of my health. She was extremely comforting and genuine. This experience has me feeling like I found the right office and provider for life.
Beware - they aren't shy about charging you $$ for a diagnostic visit if you have a 1 minute conversation about a symptom during your annual physical - and they will not bother to tell you that this is going to happen. They'll order lab tests - but never bother to review the results with you. This lack of transparency and follow-up degrades my trust in this clinic; seems like they are just collecting money.
