The doctors at this office just work for their paycheck - I went in with heart problems, told them that is what the appointment was for, and then…their EKG machine was down…..FOR A WEEK. and so I wasted time and money for my heart appt to be for nothing. and then my doctor just asked if I have anxiety. every month I have to track down my doctor to get my prescriptions refilled. They don’t refill prescriptions for the weekend, even if the request was done midweek. It’s extremely frustrating. I don’t know what the solution is.... read more
I just got off the phone with them and they were not helpful at all and literally told me they had to get off the phone with me because they had another phone call. Zero empathy and I was barely on the phone with them
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this office. After going through a miscarriage—a very stressful and emotional time—I felt there was little to no bedside manner or compassion shown throughout the process. Important communication felt delayed, and I had to repeatedly follow up just to get a return-to-work letter, which added even more stress when I was already struggling. I am not a patient but a neighbor, their car parking lot is open at all times, so Police cars and other public services cars and trucks arrive at any hour to relax or sleep I think..not completely sure, from time at non working hours private cars arrived and carried suspicious activities, we can never know what is going on there but we do not feel safe, is there a way you can use security services or at least hang a sign describing what kind of activities are allowed on this parking lot???
Do not recommend. This practice runs on the hallucination that they provide “coordinated care” yet their PCP's are turning in resignations without providing why and four months down the line, two weeks before the patients appointment, Annie calls to send patients into oblivion because they do not have PCP's that can take over. Ridiculous. Then Karen, the receptionist that patients get sent to sounds like she is on speed. I do not recommend this place. Save your time your health and schedule on another practice.
