DO NOT get on this specific clinic! Where do I start? Well if you go back when I got on the clinic in 2020?to now? You'll get two distention answers. "behavioral" health "service" in Cape Ann. Pencil pushing busy bodies who use strong arm & bullying tactics to get their way. They don't actually care about the mentally ill, but it's very important to them that you do things their way or suffer the consequences. A joke.
It's appalling the way they treat psych patients admitted into the hospital, especially at Beverly Hospital. Watch out for Kimberly Seaward, she's one of the worst psychiatric nurses out there. She cares more about her ego than whats best for the patient. She's never willing to work with the patient or their families so they can receive the best treatment for them. I've been using the services in Gloucester for over 10 years as it has evolved through ownership and location and have always received the help i needed. My only issue is the high turnover rate of therapists but that seems to be unavoidable for this type of facility.
