I have never experienced worse customer service! I placed an order that they told me would be ready in 4 weeks. Right at 4 weeks I started checking in with them to see when the parts would be in. They told me serval times it would be in the next day every time I called. I had to reschedule with my contractors twice! It took a whole week before anyone actually checked on the order to tell me there would be a delay! Then they said it would be an extra 3 weeks making it now 7 weeks.
