TINA, OFC MGR is rude, unhelpful and obnoxious. I call and call to tell her stuck in traffic jam, I'm coming. Be 5 minutes late. Can't get through. 30 seconds, literally, before I arrive she calls & says: "You're 5 minutes late but because you have to fill out paperwork, don't come (because in my mind) that makes you over 15 minutes late."
