One of the best service companies in the RGV area! Their automatic emails that the customer can setup online for water usage alerts is fantastic and helped me out when my water heater had a leak, informing me of excess usage. Customer reps when calling in and/or visiting are always helpful.
Wish there was lower than one star. They are so quick to turn off the water if you’re a bit late but will take 3 weeks to let you know if there’s a water leakage anywhere in your house.
Only one star because it’s not possible to give less. They charge more for water than anywhere I’ve ever lived, and the water isn’t even drinkable(non-potable) you have to have a house filtration system to drink the water and you can still taste the salt. Totally unacceptable.
