It’s tough enough worrying about something is wrong with your pet....but their kindness from check-in to exit is just smooth.
I had to take my beloved 20-year-old kitty to the hospital to be euthanized this morning. It's a extremely difficult time for any pet parent. When I walked in with my cat, Dr. Cruz was there waiting. I saw compassion and kindness in her eyes. She took the kitty right away before I could fill out all the forms. I was not a client of the hospital but I am glad I took my kitty there for the service. Thanks Dr. Cruz and the LHAH staff!
