Two stars because the staff is great, Dr. Huey, not so much. He does not return calls or respond to emails when there is a problem, and instructs staff to provide contact lenses that are inconsistent with prescription. I would not recommend making an appointment with Dr. Huey.
Marcus is fantastic. I couldn't praise him enough for his customer service, professionalism, as well as his sense of humor. I wanted Gunnar's but only one style worked for my small face regarding shape and size. He went calling around to try and get me these back ordered frames from all over. In the end he was able to get me what I wanted and needed and put me at ease! I work in customer service and know sometimes it's not your fault when problems arise but man..
