I wish it was possible to give a zero or half star,I would have done that..this complex is filthy.roaches every where.dog poo everywhere.the entrance and exit gates don't work.. meanwhile,they forced the stupid gate card down my throat at $20.what use is the card if the gates don't lock? Cant get my hot water back on for like 3 days maintenance is horrible they come in u apt and use all of u stuf like the own everything is just bad everything i recommend for people no to live here is just horrible
Stayed here for 12mnths & I had a few complaints like the stray cats, overflowing dumpsters, parking is bad after 6pm (like real bad), office staff could be more organized, and the hot water is always an issue (at least twice a month it's being "worked on")! But I only saw bugs in my place a couple times so I just bombed & that was that plus extermination comes periodically. I felt safe; never heard any gun shots or had my home/car broken into. I've had plenty of deliveries left on my patio & it never got taken. My neighbors... read more
Roaches are everywhere. Staff takes a long time to respond to your maintenance issues. Do not live in this place. I regret living here.
