I have been taking my dog Pancake to Laguna Country Groomers for over a year now every few months. I picked this place specifically because when I called and spoke with them, they ASSURED me that Pancake would not be kenneled. Pancake has intense anxiety attacks when she is caged in any way, but these groomers ASSURED me that they had a fenced in grassy area that they let the dogs run around in IF they have to wait at all. My Jill was groomed here for all 15 years of her life. These are the best people, prices, and skill. Your animals will be well taken cared of and loved while getting tip top grooming.
All the staff were welcoming and caring. The prices are very affordable. Not only was the grooming on point, but my little furbaby was given two flower hair clips with gems, a cheetah bandana and perfume!! She was happy when I picked her up too...which has never happened before at other groomers. Extremely satisfied and will be a returning customer.
Kathy and her team are knowledgeable, experienced and do such a wonderful job taking care of my baby. I saw Kathy once at a store, where she was telling a young boy about how mama dogs teach their pups to stay in line. She really lives and loves her work with animals and I have been taking my Maxwell to her for years.
