LBCC is a well-run place that will welcome you, treat you warmly and professionally, while charging you a value price. When I moved to Texas in May, 2018, LBCC Director, Dr. Rubal, made sure I was well taken care of. The girl who drew my blood is the best, high quality skilled lady every time, for years. LBCC is a gift to the 'South, South O.C.' Miss you all!
