Lagrange Toyota Service Department has always treated me fairly. I was out of town and decided to have some recall work done on our Rav4 at Savannah Toyota. Holy Cow! They have popcorn and snack bar, theatre seating with the biggest TV screen I've ever seen, a free shuttle to and from the mall, AND FREE manicures on Mondays and Tuesdays. O LaGrange Toyota, if only you offered such amenities.
THIS PLACE ROBS PEOPLE ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS MAKE A SALE DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER..WELL MAYBE GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THE BBB WILL HELP....
Wow... Even though I wasn't able to purchase a car about 2 years ago, the salesman that worked with me still calls me... and not to come buy a car but just to check on me! Greg was a super nice guy and really cared about me, he's an example for any salesperson to follow and if I ever get in sales I wanna be just like him! hahaha any way, I will be purchasing my next car there when it comes time!
