If I could give them NO STARS I would! Not only did they blame me for not ensuring the dentist the kids saw was participating or not, but they were RUDE AND CUSSED AT ME! I will not tolerate deceptive companies!! How do you not know what insurance companies your dentist do or do not take?!?!?! When we first took our kids into the facility they knew what insurance we had and they even called to verify yet here we are hit with an over $150 extra bill because of their lack of concern!!!!
