Absolutely not! I took my son in yesterday for throwing up and upset stomach the Dr. said call back if he keeps throwing up to get some nausea medicine. Then of course I call back they act like oh well that Dr. isn’t here today so I have to be seen again to get the medicine. How stupid is it to have to get my 2 year old back out throwing up and have to go to Goldsboro because Princeton is full and Princeton is RIGHT by my house!!!! It seems to me it is difficult to get an appointment here, even when you are a regular patient. The receptionist is less than friendly! I would say rude. Apparently, they are like most all other doctors offices these days, they have taken on more patients than they can take care of in a timely manner. It is a shame that healthcare is the way it is today considering the amount you have to pay for it.
I just showed up for an appointment that was rescheduled & they told me I didn’t have an appointment for my son. So no one actually put the appointments in their system. Don’t trust these people with your babies!!
Great place! Glad we made the change with this office and have been very satisfied ever since. In and out quickly. Friendly staff, and great physicians!
Highly recommend !!!! My son had the best treatment here and the doctors are really nice, tell you how it is, and gives you answers for your little ones !!!
Love this place but heartbroken to find out Ms. Witt is leaving�. We love her and she has taken such good care of my kids!
The wait time is very reasonable. Never waited for longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room. Also, they don't stick you in a room and forget about you. The doctor always comes in a reasonable amount of time. Much easier to get an appointment than at Goldsboro Peds or Mt. Olive Peds. Vaccinations are given quickly and gently, and nurses often give out prizes from a treasure box for excellent behavior. We are very satisfied and recommend this office to anyone.
