It seems to me it is difficult to get an appointment here, even when you are a regular patient. The receptionist is less than friendly! I would say rude. Apparently, they are like most all other doctors offices these days, they have taken on more patients than they can take care of in a timely manner. It is a shame that healthcare is the way it is today considering the amount you have to pay for it.
Great place! Glad we made the change with this office and have been very satisfied ever since. In and out quickly. Friendly staff, and great physicians!
The wait time is very reasonable. Never waited for longer than 15 minutes in the waiting room. Also, they don't stick you in a room and forget about you. The doctor always comes in a reasonable amount of time. Much easier to get an appointment than at Goldsboro Peds or Mt. Olive Peds. Vaccinations are given quickly and gently, and nurses often give out prizes from a treasure box for excellent behavior. We are very satisfied and recommend this office to anyone.
I work at a public school and needed a form filled out for a student of mine related to his medical condition and his education and the staff at LaGrange Peds worked super fast to get it done! Thanks SO much for your help!!!! Haaaaaapppy Friiiiday!
