Called them and left a message and a number to reach me at and never got a call back.
They have been working on my truck now for a couple of years. Called them once when I was broke down in South Dakota. The suggestion they gave me got me back on the road. I finally had them bullet proof my 2006 F250 6.0. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and honest. What more could you ask for in diesel truck repair. No I am not related to them .... 😜. Just very pleased with their work. Oh yes, I found them on line and went to them the first time because of the positive reviews on their site.
We were on wy 84 in our 40ft RV broke down on top of hill. towed to freightliner and they basically couldnt care less that we were there. they wouldn't even help us get water to our tank. called LeGrand lite trucks and they have bent over backwards to get our repairs done.. they were under our rig within 15 mi. to determine e the proble. they are very through and refuse to do a hurry up job. we cannot say enough about their friendliness, consideration, thoughttfullness and service. we recommend their shop highly.
Great problem solvers, super customer service ... and I can’t say enough about the knowledge of Paul. Clearly, his focus reflects a genuine passion for engineering combined with a respect for vehicles and drivers (and driver safety with reliable equipment).
Truck lost turbo boost while in la grande for work. Luke did an amazing job got me right in, hooked me up with a loaner and went above and beyond to get my truck fixed and me back on the road in time to head home. Thanks Luke I will be back.
I took my diesel pickup in after two people told me it was too difficult to work on. La Grande Light Truck done a wonderful job and kept the price with in my budget. They had great communication with me during the repair process and kept me up to date on what was going on. Great customer service, excellent work and friendly people. I would recommend this business to anyone. They will definitely get all my business.
I took my 97 powerstroke to Luke for a no start issue. He diagnose the issue quickly and inspected my motor while he had it. Fast and friendly service at a affordable cost. I highly recommend them.
We were traveling through LaGrande when our RV started making a squealing noise. Fortunately we found this shop. They were booked up, but the owner came down and fixed our problem the same day. Five stars!
