RecommendedCherry Grove has done an excellent job! Keeping the community sanitized in the leisure areas such as the pool area and gym. this keeps things anxiety free for COVID 19. The property manager has been a great help with all necessities and keeping a positive environment within the community as well.

If only zero stars was an option. My fiancé and I scheduled an appointment on the community's online portal for 5:30 pm on 6/12/2020. We drove all the way from downtown during traffic hour to tour an apartment. We walked into the leasing office 10 minutes prior to our appointment time. The man at the front desk stared at us blankly, didn't greet us or even ask us why we were in the office. So I said that we had an appointment scheduled to tour an apartment. I absolutely love living here. Management are so friendly! The apartments have a very homey feel as if you were in a house instead of an apartment with granite countertops and 9 foot ceilings and gorgeous crown molding! They are so luxurious and so big with gorgeous amenities including beautiful clubhouse, pool, volleyball net, swings, basketball goal, spacious gym and more!
I usually do not leave negative reviews as I tend to look for positive aspects of all companies and my relationship with them. Not only is this negative review merited, it is necessary for potential renters. As a 12 year veteran of the US Army and current airline pilot, I have had the opportunity to live across the country, renting numerous homes and apartments along the way.
