RecommendedLagniappe has impressed me with the level of medical expertise combined with a truly caring staff. What impresses me most is how they are not hurrying the patient; they spend the adequate amount of time when someone truly needs it. That is unique in our current health care system.
Lagniappe has added a new nurse prac/ Meredith Good who is one of the most proficient, caring medical professionals I have ever seen in my life. She goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible and truly cares about her patients. She is not faking it. The office is extremely clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I couldn't be more pleased with my care there.
This place is a joke, No communication. My wife was a patient, and when she tells me that I have to step in that's a direct indication of a problem. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They are affecting the mental health of their patients when its a Friday, my wife is out of her medication. My wife had called 2 times earlier that week, and here it is FRIDAY and they are off all weekend. THANK GOD CVS CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THIS PLACE SURE AS HELL DOESN'T!!! Me and family are not satisfied with the services we have been receiving this year and the front office staff is horrible... We are actively looking for a new physician!
Went in for my first ear infection. Omg. I was feeling like and not myself. Was very pleasant doctor appointment. Most times it takes forever to be seen then get back and we feel rushed and unimportant at other offices, not here. NP April and her nurse was friendly, patient with me and gave professional solid advice/treatment. Highly recommend making her your new family doctor!!!
