I have been seen several times in 2019. Covered by 2 insurance companies. I had an appointment for test results this morning. I walked in the door and they asked me for $20 copay. I wanted my insurance to be filed prior to paying and was told I could not be seen unless I paid the money up front. My account is and has been in good standings. I went to the Blythewood location. I do not recommend this place. I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I wasn't asked for prior medical history. Just personal information and insurance. I recieve a phone call less than 24 hrs before my appointment stating it is being cancelled due to no medical history. I explained my reasoning to keep my appointment and they did. I waited 40 mins for the nurse practicitionor. I was there for a total of 2 hours. I tried calling at least 10 different times to get my results after it ha... read more

I have an appointment there and my doctor is no longer there. Not told, so guess when I showed up you were going to put me with a nurse practitioner.
I have no idea what has happened in the Blythewood office.First Dr Barnett,then Dr Young left.I can not get anyone on the phone,or call me back.I took in a month of blood sugar tests in that were lost.I go back and they have none of my information on record.I was forced to find another Dr to see.They sent for my records,there were none.Then I get a bill for a no show from an appointment I knew nothing about.
RecommendedThe staff and providers are efficient, professional and “give a little extra” when you are waiting. They offered me water and asked if I’d like a snack after a fasting lab. Meredith Good, NP and Daniela Murphy, PA-C are great assets to Lagniappe Medical.
This place has been nothing but a headache and I've only been going here since January. It's very unorganized. They've "lost" lab results, "lost" four years of medical records my previous doctor sent over. Nobody returns phone calls. The young lady at the front is loud and has no sense of decorum or discretion. I will be filing a formal complaint very soon.
Their Blythewood location is a COMPLETE JOKE! Been allowing me to sign off on my boyfriends prescription for 5 months now with no issue. I go in today, after I CALLED, not my boyfriend to verify It was ready and they told me it was. So I come on, and the front desk tells me they don't have it. So I ask to speak with a nurse. Absolutely love Dr Plante. He treats me, my husband, my daughter, my mother in law and my father in law. He is the best doctor that I have ever seen. Great bed side manner too and truly cares about his patients!
