Love Dr. Scott!! I first got her as a doctor when I was in my early 20s in another clinic when she was a resident and now I’m in my early 30s. I had been going to a clinic where I was seen by a doctor and when I asked her something she said “oh I don’t know. Can you make another appointment for that”. She was in the room with me for about 3 minutes and I was feeling sick. They had scheduled another appointment for another time and I wasn’t so excited about going back but I did. When u come to your schedule doctor app. The have u wait an additional hour to be senned and that's not cool they don't return calls and the music u listen to while holding sounds like funeral home music they need to change it
The front desk staff were very rude!!!
I’ve worked in the healthcare field for more than 8 years and I would never recommend Dr. Scott. I’m not sure why she practices the way she does but it’s completely inappropriate. I reached out multiple times within the last two months, with no response back. Mind you, I followed her instruction on how to reach her. Subsequently, I had to text my information to a number provided on Dr. Scott’s business card to get a response from an unknown individual, who wouldn’t even relay my pertinent message.
