Go figure car worked fine for about 6 months and now having issues. Also they drain the gas out of all the cars down enough to just get you to a gas station! The reason you’re seeing 5 star reviews is because they ask you to review them before you leave the lot!
Customer service is OUTSTANDING! Would recommend to anyone, Koleman is fair and will take care of you!
We Drove an Hour away from Ohio to look at a Denali at Laggs, after previously turning down a vehicle at two other car lots we knew going there was the best decision we made! All of the staff were not only very friendly and professional but they were also very honest and hard-working. I highly recommend buying from them and I know in the future if we are ever looking for another vehicle we will be heading back to Laggs!

Koleman was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He responded to messages and phone calls right away. He answered all questions. He went through every part of a Duramax knowing that there are certain parts that could go wrong. He allowed a test drive. We looked at the truck, test drove and complete paperwork in under 2 hours. It was a great experience! Highly recommend.
