We contacted Carol and let her know about our client who recently lost her husband. We described their lifestyle and had her create a custom arrangement. The client lives in rural area outside of the OKC area and we thought the arrangement would be delivered the next day. Much to our surprise our client received the most stunning arrangement delivered that afternoon. The level of service was incredible—she stayed on the phone with me to walk through options and sent me photos via text so I knew exactly what the arrangement looked like. She went above and beyond with the design, even adding extra roses to ensure it looked its best. Her attention to detail and professional integrity truly set her apart. God bless .
So grateful to LagayaRhose for a beautiful arrangement, delivered just as requested to brighten my cousin’s homecoming from the hospital! And such great service! Since I don’t live in OKC I made the arrangements by phone. She was helpful on the phone and sent me a text of the arrangement to make sure it was what I wanted before delivering it.
