We had a great experience working with Alejandro. Rather than trying to push us into a vehicle he wanted to sell, he asked us which competitor vehicles we were considering and even brought one over from another dealer. It was very helpful to compare that vehicle side-by-side with some different Mazdas. It also saved us the time and effort of going to another dealer, which was much appreciated. We bought our new car CX-70 from LaFontaine Mazda Livonia. The color combination is what I really like and everything looks perfect. Ryan Samona and Kyle helped us a lot to get the car from Ohio and they are patient to provide all the information we asked for! Highly recommend!
I have had good service experiences at Livonia of Mazda. Live 7 miles away, but traveling 27 miles to Sesi Mazda for better service prices. Livonia Mazda says they do price matching but do not price match on wheel alignments. What does this mean then if you price match. I was comparing a dealer not a local shop. Why would I want to pay 165 when 88 dollars at Sesi is more competitive? Emailed LaFontaine corporate, but no response.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle with Rayan Samona. He was very professional, honest, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. I truly recommend him if you’re looking for a car
