I’ve been trying to help my brother find a new car and when I requested some info from lafontaine mazda alejandro reached out to me right away. Alejandro helped me understand the different advertisements on their website that were confusing me and made me feel really comfortable about pricing options. He sent a video walking around the mazda so i could show my brother and when we arrived everything was ready for us. Bought a car in November. Looking back at my contract I was lied to about the warranty supposed to be 12,000 miles or 12 months bumper to bumper ended up with a 36,000 mile powertrain warranty that I paid more for and did not ask for & did not receive all the promotions they were advertising
Took several hours to to buy my car. The salesman admitted he knew nothing about used cars, but he was who we had to work with. Car had multiple issues that I immediately had to spend money to fix. Im sure the car will work out, but it has taken more time and money than expected. Mike has not reached back out after I tried to contact him.
Usually I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I was told my Apple car play would be fixed and that my car would be detailed I dropped off my car in June and got it back in August. My Apple car play will not connect and my car is obviously not detailed because there was personal items left from the previous owner in my car including a used cigarette!
