I feel bad for their sales team because the service area is atrocious that I can't place new business with this dealership. Service area missed appt time by 3 days, then insufficiently repaired items and I had to return today. Today I'm told the service tech saw the issues before but purposely neglected to work on it. Their solution today was to change a fuse, which wasn't sufficient to resolve. To go further I have to pay more fees.
