The Most unprofessional repair facility I have dealt with. The guy behind the counter representing the Lafontaine name was awful. Treated me as I was lying about the damage to my vehicle, showed no empathy whatsoever noir did he care to hear what happen in the accident. He was going to dictate what occurred how it occurred and the damage that should have occurred. Treated me rudely like i was wasting his time, I will never purchase a vehicle or take my vehicle to this location for repair. Don't waste your Time here

My car was broad-side when I was visiting Michigan. From my first interaction with Jeff and Chet at the LaFontaine Body Shop they went above and beyond in keeping me posted on the status of the repairs following my return home, searching for a car part, cosmetic in nature, which was no longer available, and offering solutions to address the part issue.
