I echo the sentiments of all the users who have had a horrible experience ordering or getting post order support. They don't respond via email or phone. You order online and fill our their "Credit Card Authorization" form and they never to get around to processing the order. I have been trying to give them my money for over 2 weeks for a very simple order but apparently nobody cares as the order has not been processed and numerous attempts via email to get assistance (or even a basic response) has failed. This company is horrible for end user support. Four calls with no answer today by anyone in any department. We have been waiting for a quote on parts for over 10 days since they quit taking orders over the phone. This company doesn't care about their end user and it shows. Now we're trying to find fastners for one of their sentry units (which fail constantly) and we cant go get them because no one will answer their phones and im not going to go to the hardware store and buy fasteners indiscriminately. Good products, abysmal tech support. I have been calling all week and leaving voicemails for the tech support department to no avail. It also appears nobody works on Fridays.
My company has over 50 of their sentry units in my market alone and the constantly need service (check valves, chemical line, spray nozzles o-ring ect ) It's almost impossible to get ahold of their sales department to order parts. I only post this to bring it to their attention because their lack of accessibility to their consumer is very poor and directly affects my ability to do my job and directly affects my customers.
