My honest review, horrible pay, benefits and a racial tention was felt along with sexism. Regret my time in this facility. " quality inspections" done by "certified" employees lets not go there. Was told with others by a jeff guy pass the test and you get to see her do jumping jacks "ladie upstairs", how horrible to be talked about. If you want to be respected in a company, you would think you'd take orders, show up on time, work extra hours, and rarely miss days, and respect everyone and do a good job right?well unfortunately when you do that in this company its the opposite, so who wouldnt have an attitude? Many employees here were treated poorly and it broke my heart to see what big responsibilities they had outside of work knowing they were getting "fired" in a nice way "laid off". I have worked in the field of NDT for more than 40 years and in those years I have worked for and with many people. Some were a joy to be around and some not so much. Employee's and Employer's rarely agree on many topics. I worked for LTS Inc. for 20 years and the number one goal (in business ) was to serve our customers and to perform testing services to the best of our abilities. Absolutely fabulous place to work, great pay, great benefits. The management is outstanding and cares about our needs. Cleanest laboratory I've ever worked at, always temp controlled which makes it a comfortable place to work.
