My mother in-law lived in Lafayette Sq for 2 years until we moved her to an assisted living facility just recently. She misses the friends she made at Lafayette, the residents were very accommodating and friendly and there were various social activities she could participate in incl. Sunday service and also invited guests to speak on varying topics. This Apartment complex is wonderful, great place to live, and the Property Manager is always on top of everything!

My father lived there from May until October. He passed in October and did not have an estate. We cleaned out the apartment, left it as it was found - got the check and was unable to cash it because it was made out to the estate. In PA, you do not need have an estate. Contacted the main office, the district manager got back to me and said he would get back to me about getting it under Dad's name instead of the estate. That was in November.
