I've known Christie, The property manager, for years now and I don't think anybody cares about her building more than she does. She's sincerely wants to see the tenants happy, active and balanced. Paul, the maintenance technician is always on top of what's going on and the activities team truly do a fantastic job ... Always trying to add more for the tenants. I personally always loved the landscaping ... it's a nice country like setting
The best property manager and maintenance team you could ever ask for. The property manager, Cristie, and maintenance technician, Paul, are always going above and beyond for everyone ! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to live call and schedule a tour !!
Fantastic community! Chose this facility because of its proximity to friends & family. Lived there for 2 years before deciding to relocate back to Texas. Staff is top notch and the property manager, Cristie, is the best!
My mother in-law lived in Lafayette Sq for 2 years until we moved her to an assisted living facility just recently. She misses the friends she made at Lafayette, the residents were very accommodating and friendly and there were various social activities she could participate in incl. Sunday service and also invited guests to speak on varying topics.
