I’ve been calling for a couple weeks and nobody ever answers the phone. I also sent a text as stated on a sign outside the building window. I wanted to fill out an application but it says clear on the website “call to make sure they have units available before submitting an application because the $35 application fee isn’t refundable”. It has been 3-4 days and I haven’t received a response back from my text or voicemails.

Paid the application fee, got approved and never heard back. Honestly seems like they are just collecting the fee money..

Filled out the application and dropped it off. Ashley told me she would let me know the next day if I was approved or denied. I didn’t hear nothing back from her I called a week later and told her I haven’t heard anything I just wanna know if I was denied she said she going to pull up the application but it would take a couple minutes so she said she’ll give me a call back. She NEVER DID. I don’t get why it’s hard to just say I was denied 🤦🏽‍♀️ very unprofessional

Never been to these apartments BUT this is what appears as a place I visited when I go to the Marquette st dog park!
