The guy was quick! Professional! Courteous!
Never come here . I have lived here for a year now and first of all we went through about 3 agents who knew nothing about our lease and we couldn't even see the townhouse until we moved in . Maintenance has not been done in years and all the maintenance in our unit looks like my 6 year old did it . Neighbors are extremely inconsiderate . Loud music during all hours by people who don't even live here . Security patrolling the pools for pool passes instead of patrolling different sub sections . I've always appreciated the prompt attention, response, and efficiency of our maintenance team! Mr. Pham always does a great job!
office staff is so rude and unhelpful. the leasing manager melissa is very sweet and great at her job, but every other employee in that office should be fired. the security guards are never there and when they are, they stop everybody from getting in EXCEPT the little a**holes that are breaking into apartments and houses and stealing. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
