Deposit July 2017 Lafayette Plaza is a very pretty senior apartment complex. To get on their waiting list - $100 deposit is required. They tell your, if for any reason you decide or they decide against you renting an apartment - your deposit will be refunded 10 - 30 after decision. Look for the best I am a Senior citizen and I had been looking for an apartment for months and I had look at several apts.
