Update (10/28/26) Been here a year and it is absolutely insane that I’m still finding pieces of hair that they just chose to paint over. Apartment was already filthy when I moved in. Still dealing with smells coming through vent. It seems like it’s just getting worse in worse. When I come in from work at 5am and go straight to my bathroom, all I smell is MARIJUANA coming through the vents. I DO NOT SMOKE SO I DONT WANT TO SMELL THAT! Absolutely do not under any circumstance lease in this building. My bathroom was painted with some cheap paint that pealed off a few months after I moved in. When I moved out I was charged for damages. I also got charged for trash that was left in the apartment after I left despite the fact that it was fully cleaned. When I asked for proof of said trash they stopped answering and even sent this to collection. This building is managed by a bunch of scammers who are constantly trying to rip their tenants off without providing ... read more
I can came over for a few days outta town to spend time with family when I came across this little fellow right here
Cute place but lousy management. Gates are always broken, elevators are always broken, fire alarms are always broken. Security is bad - had my car windows smashed in (along with about 40 others in the parking lot) and a bike stolen from the rack. Management was dismissive of this. We've lived here 5 years and the new leasing office lady harassed my partner the other week accusing him of not having a key and sneaking into the building because he was smoking outside for a while before coming in. The guest restrooms are never clean , new management sucks….. Front desk workers are unprofessional especially James he needs to retire if he hates his job so much as well as maintenance they need a whole new team
