Worst application process. Was told by Chris that as long as I didn’t have evictions and nothing on my background I should be approved. Which was a great lie and dream that was sold. I was denied and now it’s almost a month and still haven’t received my refund from the application. I was told something different from each person in the office. Ivy said 7-10 business days. If I could give negative zero stars, I would. I moved out in June 2025 after living here since 2018. When I first moved in, the management promoted these as "luxury apartments"—even displaying signage to that effect. Over time, due to ongoing issues, they quietly removed that sign, and it’s been downhill ever since. Throughout my stay, I witnessed multiple management teams take over—each seemingly worse than the last. Rude staff! I approached the building to make a delivery and I greeted the doorman/security guard James by saying "Good Morning" and he responded "Y'all coming too early." I then followed instructions which required the doorman's signature and he stated " I don't sign for anything." in a rude/impatient tone. I sincerely hope I never have to deliver to him or this place again!!!
