LaFayette Parc is making great improvements to the units. Recently, I placed service calls that have been answered in an expedient way. Much better under new ownership.
My wife and I recently moved to this community. We are very impressed with how quickly they handled our concerns at move in. The staff (Tara, Bree & Alex) are friendly and approachable. They are 100% web friendly and almost everything from rent to work orders are handled online (also in person if you prefer). Can't wait to start my family in such a beautiful place.
