RecommendedI've been living here for eight years and I have to say that I'm happy to call La Fayette home. Yes, it's a little pricey but I save time and money by having everything I need close by. And I mean everything, if it's not within walking distance, it's a very short drive away. I moved here from Fontana, and although it was nice out there, everything was a small drive away. Every week theres a new issue broken ac leaking ceiling bums breaking into my car stolen fog lights. I want out!!
This is the worst place I've ever lived in. I've been renting an apartment at Layfaette Parc since July 1st. I am a home bound individual who sees the way people are treated and I don't agree. All of the office employees, and maintenance go to lunch at the same time locking us out for at least an hour, sometimes more. Building a leasing center and a pool that's never going to done, and painting the exteriors of the buildings does absolutely nothing. It's putting a bandaid on ...Continue Reading
Well worth the rent. Nice views, quiet, and my apartment is superb. My maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner and the staff is very helpful and professional. Note- I was not offered a gift card for this good review. This review is as real as it gets and I'm not too easy to please.
They don't have any communication with one they should at least let us be aware of their new things that they have going on like for example the tow company they have taking cars and the worst part is that their walking around saying what cars to take from the lot like if they getting paying commissions for each car they take.
I'm not sure about the below comment but we've experienced none of those issues. We love this place-immaculately painted and clean on the inside. Fireplace, nice carpet, and very roomy and its in a prime location with everything from malls, your favorite eatery, as well as DMV, EDD, multiple hospitals and the courthouse. We've had no problems getting our questions answered or getting repairs if needed. Not to mention, my units are quiet and there are no loud pool parties to my knowledge.
