I love living here. My neighbors come from all walks of life. All persuasions. It is truly an "elmwood" apartment and a great tribute to our city.
Absolutely wonderful place to live. The management has done an incredible job with the property while giving new life to a church community and making space for some fantastic community commercial spaces like the Elmwood Village Association. Ignore the ignorant reviews on this page that reference some fraudulent craigslist ad. Lafayette Lofts works hard to improve and participate in our community and they do so by being thoughtful, inclusive, and welcoming.
Fantastic place! Business is getting horrible reviews from those who didn't take 10 sec to check the facts on a Craigslist ad and did exactly what the person who posted it wanted them to. Addresses do not even match folks. Anyone can post on there.
