Completely blocking traffic in the wal mart parking lot told my wife she needed to move so they could charge, the city slicker with the pony tail got told different. Terrible
I had a shuttle at 6:30 but my flight got in early, so they let me take an earlier shuttle!
drivers absolutely suck. i feel like i am in a tuktuk in the middle of mumbai with how aggressive they are driving (keep in mind no where in indiana has real traffic) and how hot they keep the cabin with the heater. Would recommend bringing along a disposable bag in case your stomach can't survive the full 2 hour trip from west lafayette to airpot the shuttle itself is clean/comfortable, but please hire drivers that look like they know how to drive a company car let alone a shuttle bus.
