Make sure you tell the receptionist when scheduling exactly what insurance you have. Waited for months only for the receptionist to scream at me that they didn’t take my type of insurance. She admitted she was the one who scheduled the appointment, their name is listed as a provider but this is my fault? Not getting that gas money back
Brought my daughter to see Dr. Bolgiano. Told the doctor she had anxiety about shots and medicine. The doctor actually told her she was acting like a baby, ridiculous, it was time to grow up, and that she’d tell me the info since my daughter probably wasn’t listening. Thanks a lot. Really helped with her fear of doctors. I just cannot believe she treated her this way. I’m so glad I was there, but how will she ever trust a doctor if this is how a visit goes?!
