This place has been on my list of dream hotels for sooo long and I was so excited to stay here. The hotel is beautiful and I love all the amenities (esp 24 hour ones) so everything was going really well until my second to last day. The staff was nothing but kind and accommodating but I had a really bad interaction with the security guard Raymont that scared me and another friend staying. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had hands down. The room they gave us had a hole in the wall from where they installed an ac unit, the locks on the inside of the door don't work, the biggest issue was the music was constantly piercing through the room until 11, I'm a disabled vet with very strong sensory overload issues and no where on there website is there a warning of that. So if you have sensory issues do not go here!!!
