This is our second new construction home, and our first time buying from a big national chain. It's been excellent. Uli was the perfect sales rep: very patient, never pushy, and guided us through the options to find the right choice for us. Matt gave us total confidence in the building process. Edit 2/6/26 Mailboxes have finally been installed for winding road. Review score updated to reflect changes. Home buying process and construction were good. Uli and Matt were great through the entire process and I cannot give enough praise to both of them. Lack of mail service has been frustrating to deal with as stated by other reviews, which has been ongoing since the development started over a year ago.
