We’ve had the best experience with buying our new home in Lafayette Hills. Uli is truly kind and welcoming, patiently answers all of our questions and concerns. Since we are moving from out of state she frequently kept us updated on the status of the project until it was completed. Home buying process and construction were good. Uli and Matt were great through the entire process and I cannot give enough praise to both of them. Lack of mail service has been frustrating to deal with as stated by other reviews, which has been ongoing since the development started over a year ago. HOA also seems to be very controlling regarding what home owners can do with the homes they bought, while also not providing any value to the home owners.
I recently had the pleasure of collaborating with Uli Rosenfield on a new‑construction sale, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. Uli and Matt have been great. The builder has left the home owners for over a year without mailboxes. Residents must go to the post office each time to collect their mail and it's not the local one, its in a different area roughly 10 to 15 minutes away. Small issues with the homes are also met with resistance rather than eagerness to satisfy warranties. Minor issues that continuously add up and met with "wait for the 1 year" . I purchased my home in Lafayette Hills (Easton, PA) in November of 2024 and am extremely happy with the support I got from both Uli Rosenfield (New Home Sales Representative) and Matt Carminito (Site Superintendent) through the buying process and even since purchasing my home. If you are in the market for a new home, I would highly recommend visiting the site, touring the model home and a new build and connecting with the team!
