I was given great attention in finding the correct product for my hearing needs. I was very surprised to receive a personal call from Dr. Donovan checking to make sure I wasn't having any problems with my hearing aids. The service has been excellent.
Very professional treatment with only my own satisfaction in mind. There was NO sales pitch or interest in selling me something I don't yet need. My appointment lasted over an hour and I was very pleased with the degree of attention I received. I will definitely be going back if I need their services in the future.

Was in town (Lafayette) visiting my sister and while at lunch my right hearing aid stopped working. Not having brought my cleaning kit or replacement pieces (wax guards) I went online and found Lafayette Hearing Center. Put their address in my GPS, & drove to their office. Went into the office and told the receptionist of my problem. She took my hearing aids to a technician in the back and said it will be about 10 minutes before I would know if the tech could fix the problem.
