I’ve been very pleased with my interactions at Lafayette Hearing Center. Andrea, the audiologist I worked with, came recommended by acquaintances and I see why. She seemed knowledgeable, personable, thorough, and eager to impart all that I might need and need to know.
This is an excellent hearing care and technology service team! LHC is big enough that there is always someone to help with whatever you need, but small enough that everyone knows you. They will find awesome technology that is right for you and keep it working for you everyday.
I am very happy with Andrea Gray. She has been very helpful. She did give me a microphone for my hearing aids and I thought I would never use it; however, I went to visit a friend that had a severe stroke. I ask her to allow me to fasten the microphone on her. I could hear her and was able to carry on a great conversation with her. I was continually telling the other people in the room what she was saying. It was wonderful.
Lafayette Hearing Center has a television box you set-up for the sound of the television to go directly to your hearing aids. Andrea Gray worked with me to show me how to set-up this box. Then she said, if you have any problems setting it - just give her a telephone call and she would come to our house to set it up.
