I switched to this dentist because my insurance listed them as someone in my network. I have never been more disappointed in my life for a dental cleaning. First of all, I made an appointment for 4:00pm. I arrived at 3:50 and filled out paperwork. I turned it in maybe a little after 4. And patiently waited in the lobby for them to call me back. RecommendedI came here as a first time patient. I had a tooth that had a pretty fair chance of needing a root canal and wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible in case I could get away with just a filling. I was able to make an appointment for an exam less than 24 hours away! The staff up front was nice and quickly got my information and papers I needed to fill out. Very professional and gentle. The staff is very accommodating and the office is very stunning and clean .
These people are awful! My fiancé had an infected tooth that 95% of it had already fallen out and simply needed it pulled and instead they did over 10 fillings and tried to save the infected piece of his tooth by putting in an implant which fell out immediately after we left along with the rest of the tooth. They charged us almost $3,000 AFTER insurance for the stuff we specifically told them we didn’t want to do at that time. Horrible service. I went in today for a well needed cleaning and 6 fillings D:. I got really GREAT SERVICE and I was seen right away. The dentist and hygienist made me feel comfortable and they stopped during my fillings to make sure my experience was pain free. All of that was set up on a VERY AFFORDABLE payment plan. I'm glad i was referred to this office and I plan on returning for further treatment.
The assistant was very nice and answered all my questions and made sure I was informed
