I found out Lafayette Couture had the particular dress I was looking for in stock and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. I’m not located in LA, so they coordinated the payment and shipping process remotely and sent multiple photos and videos of the dress to make sure I felt great about the purchase. They are so sweet and have incredible customer service - I’d highly recommend them!
We had a really great experience with one saleswoman at the store and ordered a dress for an engagement party. But then once the dress arrived, we had a bad experience here especially with the owner who was so unhelpful. The dress we ordered was NOT the same dress and was 3 sizes bigger. The bow on the dress was NOT the same.

Incredible services, beautiful dresses, and the kindest women ever!!! Highly recommend them. I was running late and they opened up the shop for me after closing so I could try on a dress. Incredible!
