Hate to leave a bad review but since they are not listening to me sharing my experience as a tenant to help others. Hopefully they can learn from this as well. Rented a really old double wide over priced moble home from LaFave Realty. It looked nice at first glance but the old blinds, flooring in bathrooms & bathtub in that place plus other things really should have been redone before it was rented to anyone! First of all, they don’t vet all applications for homeowners. There was a home I was interested in and got ahold of the homeowner directly, and she said that Brian had reached out to me when he never did. Horrible customer service from Brian H. When we finally got in contact for a different property, he said it would be an extra $200/month for certain dog breeds.. he said he would check in with the owners to set up a tour same day - and then he completely ghosted me.
