I ordered the blue flower arrangement as seen online, through AAFES and received the most ridiculous flowers in a vase with a ladybug hot glued to it with hot glue all over that part of the vase. It was suppose to be cobalt blue....nothing but 1 blue flower in an arrangement of pink flowers. I didn't want pink, I wanted blue. Are you color blind and lazy?
I ordered a cheerful arrangement of an assortment of colorful flowering plants to be sent to a funeral last week. The Blooming Garden Basket arrangement fit the deceased's personality perfectly! Unfortunately, Ladybug's sent a Peace Lily instead. Why?
Horrible arrangements. Horrible customer service. I didn’t expect an exact match but the flowers received were nothing like the online photo viewed when ordering. The arrangement didn’t come in the blue vase pictured and it was majority greenery, instead of flowers. Susan’s response: “ What would you like for us to do?” and she did absolutely nothing to correct the issue.
These folks have been great to work with!! Heidi has bent over backwards to make sure my gf received her flowers for her bday. Beautiful arrangement too. I will always use them in the future. Thank yall so much.
