This rating is specifically for LWC customer service. My old pair of shorts had a broken drawstring, so I emailed them and they happily sent out a close enough replacement so I can use them again. Despite my pair being bought second-hand and is apparently an old style, they were still able to track a replacement part that is close enough in length and color. This is all without mentioning my shorts have held up very well over the years, and this is coming from someone who bought them used. Easy 5 stars! - Ian
Great quality. Fair price. Their shirts feel like the thick cotton shirts I remember as a kid.
Great high quality tees, jackets, etc that are made locally. Friendly and helpful staff (Giovanni). Will be back again.
